The sauce is VEGAN, this batch's best before date is 28/04/2025. Refrigerate once opened and consume within 3 months.
100ml of hot sauce cider-infused chilli sauce, which goes amazing on pizzas, pot noodles and anything vaguely cheesy, but really the sky's the limit, stick in on your cornflakes for all we care.
My understanding is that the Chillis are dehydrated and then rehydrated in cider using apples from Chard, somerset. The sauce is made by Dan Reed of Chilli of the Valley, an artisanal hot sauce maker based in Wales.
